Getting creative, Heineken “won” big with this one… a combination of a unique idea, clean execution, and some upper management that had confidence in the “crazy ideas” of a special marketing team. Who wouldn’t hire someone that thinks of this stuff and can make it happen?
What soccer (football) fan wouldn’t appreciate Heineken for this? I’d love to see numbers for Heineken brand recognition after this event (and how much of a positive effect this had, along with information on sales numbers). I’m sure that information won’t leak for a while (if ever).
