		<description>Good info!  Ever since getting my iphone I installed the google calendar sync so that I can have certain calendars that are not in outlook.  So with the sync I have my google calendar, Outlook and iPhone calendar together. :)</description>

		<description>Good point! Sync as a backup makes sense for most cases.  

I work for a law firm &amp; they prefer more concrete ways of backing up calendars.  For this reason we use WinCalendar Calendar Maker to import our calendars to MS Word or Excel.  From there some attorneys archive as MS office file or print out.  It comes in handy for us.</description>
