IE8 view source completely fail

THANK YOU. yes, “File->Customize Internet Explorer View Source” is WEIRD.
IE8 was soooo slow, even worse trying to scroll down while the editor was still loading: death trap.

Notepad++ installer can even register it as the default HTML viewer.

Now what is sad is that you can’t fix the whole Developer Tools package that way
